德語式拼寫Gemütlichkeit和英語化的gemutlichkeit（有時也作gemuetlichkeit）均有使用。英語化的詞形將首字母大寫改為小寫，並替換掉了變音符。兩式混合的 *Gemutlichkeit 或 *gemütlichkeit 一般認為是錯誤拼寫。
